The rate includes:
- Unlimited mileage
- Additional driver at no cost
- Taxes (VAT)
- 24 hour roadside assistance.

- Occupant insurance.
Price does not include:
- Bumps or damage to the underside of vehicles including side skirts
- Upholstery damage
- Reckless driving or under the influence of alcohol or drugs
- Traffic fines or penalties.
- Loss or replacement of keys for any reason
- Incorrect refueling, clutch misuse
Reservation Confirmation:
- In the reservations requested by our website, your confirmation is sent to the email address provided by the client at the time of making the request and will be confirmed once the payment of the 20% requested is made. The rest when you collect your vehicle.
- The delivery and return at the airport, Mahón port and Mahón area has no additional cost.
- Other places of delivery and return may carry a charge According to the rate, our staff will deliver the vehicle where you have indicated in your reservation.
- Modifications to the reservation made are free of charge. You must communicate by e-mail or telephone. If you want to modify your reservation and it is always subject to confirmation by us. Changes to the place of delivery / return and schedule may entail extra charges and always subject to availability.

Cancellations of reservation without charge:
- Cancellations do not carry any charge if it is made 24 hours before the delivery of the vehicle. Otherwise it can always entail a charge equal to one day’s rental on the selected date or, failing that, 20%. of the total reservation.
Extra Services:
- Baby chair or elevator. This service is only offered on request. The rest according to the availability of chairs or elevators.
- Out-of-hours delivery or return service may entail an extra € 25.00 per service and with prior authorization from us. (Our usual hours are from 07:00 to 22:00.)

Driver’s Age:
- Minimum age required for the driver is 21 years and more than one year old on his driving license.

Formalization of the contract and payment of the reservation on delivery:
- You can make the payment of the reservation in cash or with a debit or credit card
- At the time of formalizing the contract you will need a Passport or DNI, a valid driving license for Spain and a Visa or Master Card credit card whose holder is the main driver of the vehicle, valid to cover the responsibility for damages and fuel deposit in concept rental deposit.
- An amount will be charged (€ 90.00 to € 180.00 depending on the class of vehicle), against your card without any charge being made, except that the vehicle is not delivered in the agreed conditions. Failure to present said credit card may lead to the CANCELLATION of the reservation on our part.
Delivery of your vehicle:
- The normal delivery time is 07.00 a.m. at 22.00 h.
- At Mahón airport, our company does not have a counter so our staff will wait for you in the arrivals area with a sign identifying our company, will accompany you to your vehicle to deliver it to you and formalize the contract.
- If you cannot find our staff in the arrivals area, go to the airport arrivals car park in the MEETING POINT area, located in said car park there, we will contact you
- Port of Mahón and Ciudadela our staff will wait for you in the arrivals area with an identification sign of our company and will accompany you to deliver your vehicle and formalize the contract

Returning your vehicle:
- The vehicles will be returned at the place and time agreed in the contract
- Returns after hours are possible with prior authorization from us.
- We offer a courtesy time of 30 minutes, from the agreed time for its return, after this time it will be billed according to general conditions
- The return of the vehicle in a place other than the one agreed may entail a surcharge according to rates
